Up early for today's event and what a wonderful day. Kit is all charged and ready to go. Assistants are in place and up out if bed! Now we just need YOU to turn up. Top 8 images are for public exhibition as part of my final major project. To be shown at The Custard Factory June 8th-15th alongside some other new and upcoming photographers Sarah Hinton, Tim Preece, Andrew Westwood and more!! The Exhibition is called Obscura so come along and have a look.

21 Days til Exhibition

The 8th of June is fast approaching for The Custard Factory Exhibition.

LIVE Fashion Shoot is this Sunday May 23rd in Birmingham meeting from 11am onwards, corner of Bromsgrove Street nr Loft Lounge.

Casting call went out today and posters are going out tomorrow, it's all go,go,go!

Final Major Launched!

Show Me your Style is my Final major project which has just been launched. We Need You to help make this project a unique piece of Fashion Street Style in Birmingham. Check out recent events @ www.showmeyourstyle.co.uk.
It's been a busy week editing, Test shots and Interviews and it's still ongoing, Lovin' it. SO yesterday saw a session with Mr Ben Turner a huge thank you for his lighting advice, a trip to TFC and a scenic drive round Brum! Also a Big Thanks to Ant my model for yesterday, great shots!
Today saw a day of editing the picture(s) the easy part, then for the long drawn out process of producing a poster to promote Show Me Your Style! 4 Hours Later and it's done great stuff a good achievement for today. Off to printers Tomorrow :D

It's all go!

The Final Major Project has been chosen so it's all go on all plans! Hopefully most of it will go to plan, but not giving away to much at this stage. All emails in process and will be awaiting replies shortly. Really excited!

On another note Birmingham College of Food shoot is Tuesday and plans are looking good, going to be a very positive week I think.

Spring 2010

Well as I try to get used to this blogging game, I'm going to start off small. Nearing the last part of term for 2010, and things are heating up. Looking forward to future and current projects I'm about to undertake.
Proposals due for Final major project tomorrow and need to ideally push the one I want to do or maybe perhaps bribe my tutor hmm. Anyway also shooting for a project in connection with Martin Parr for June have a few ideas for that and see where it takes me. I think that's all for now.
